S-Line consists of various components that together build a safety edge system. Contact strip, end pieces, rubber profiles, switching units, aluminium rail, tools and accessories. The contact strip is made with two conducting elements made of conductive silicon. They are placed with a defined distance.
The strip can be terminated with different end pieces, depending on the application. Inserted into the rubber profile and connected to a switching unit, all components make the complete system.
The safety edges can easily and quickly be assembled for a next-day delivery. This provides enormous flexibility with regard to the production of different types in various lengths.
This fully-compliant (according to EN ISO 13856-2 & EN 12978) safety edge measures a mere 17mm wide by 27mm high when fitted and benefits from full end caps, which completes its seamless appearance.
With an activation distance of 3 mm at a force of only 55 N, this safety edge is the optimal choice for ensuring your automated gate or barrier system is safe. Furthermore, the new aluminium mounting rail, which features a concave shape, unique to the market, holds the rounded shape of a barrier arm perfectly.
